Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
-
How does this work?We don’t guess — we test. We analyze your DNA and biological data through advanced genetic and epigenetic testing, DEXA body composition scans, VO₂ max, resting metabolic rate (RMR), and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). This gives us a precise, 360-degree view of your health. This is precision and prevention health designed to help you live stronger, longer, and with purpose.

What tests are ordered?Your personalized longevity program starts with deep, data-driven insight into your unique biology. We begin with two advanced genetic tests. The first analyzes 157 genes across 36 key pathways, providing a foundational understanding of your genetic blueprint—how your body is wired to respond to nutrients, exercise, inflammation, detoxification, metabolism, and more. The second test is a cutting-edge epigenetic analysis, examining over 900,000 CpG sites to assess your biological age, DNA methylation patterns, and how your lifestyle is currently influencing your gene expression. It also offers insights into your levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and other vital nutritional and metabolic factors. To add a real-time snapshot of your health, we analyze 70+ blood biomarkers, giving us detailed information on inflammation, cardiovascular health, hormone balance, insulin sensitivity, and more. From there, we layer in precision assessments: DEXA scans to measure body composition, fat distribution, and bone density Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) to track your real-time blood sugar response to food, exercise, and stress VO₂ Max testing to gauge your cardiovascular capacity and aerobic fitness Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) to determine how many calories your body burns at rest Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening and full-body MRIs to assess risk and detect early signs of disease
-
Do have to go somewhere for the genetic test? No. Both Genetic tests are shipped to and performed at home. One is a cheek swab. The second is a finger stick.
-
How long will it take to receive my results and test interpretation?Depends on how fast you complete your testing. We recommend that you complete all tests within 72-hours of receipt. In general, once the sample is received at the lab, in general it will take 3-4 weeks for the genetic and epigenetic test results. In some cases it may take longer. Blood work and any scans, imaging or additional tests are scheduled at the clients convenience, within 3 weeks of commitment.

Do you act as my PCP? Can you prescribe medication?Eternaal Health does not replace your Primary Care Physician. We serve as a complementary provider, offering advanced, personalized health optimization focused on prevention, longevity, and overall well-being. While we may prescribe medications when clinically indicated, our primary role is to support your health through data-driven strategies including genetic analysis, biomarker testing, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle interventions. Please note that we do not manage acute or emergent medical conditions, and do not provide comprehensive primary care services. If, during the course of your testing—such as MRI or cancer screening—we identify findings of concern (e.g., a potential malignancy or abnormal result), we will promptly refer you to your Primary Care Physician or an appropriate specialist (such as an oncologist) for diagnostic follow-up, evaluation, and treatment. We encourage ongoing communication and are happy to collaborate with your PCP or specialists to ensure your care is well-coordinated and comprehensive.
