Joseph MacLellan

Joseph MacLellan is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of frontline experience in Emergency Medicine and advanced graduate training in Exercise Physiology and Medicine.
His background is rare. He has spent his career treating disease at its breaking point while studying what actually preserves strength, endurance, and metabolic power—allowing him to spot decline years before it shows up on standard labs.
Eternaal Health was built from this insight: a data-driven, performance-based approach designed to help men preserve capacity, resilience, and independence far longer than conventional care prepares them for.

Prakash Vemulapalli M.D.
Prakash Vemulapalli M.D. is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician and a successful serial entrepreneur in the healthcare space. He has a keen interest in longevity and preventative medicine.
He is experienced in business development, strategy, innovation, and medical management. He is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician. He trained at NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia and Cornell with an MD/MBA.
